Effect of clinical decision-support systems: a systematic review.

This systematic review found that clinical decision support systems were generally effective at improving processes of care, such as adherence to recommended treatments for specific conditions. However, there was insufficient evidence to conclude that such systems positively affected clinical outcomes or cost efficiency.
