Variations in nursing care quality across hospitals.
Lucero RJ, Lake ET, Aiken LH. J Adv Nurs. 2009;65:2299-2310.

Investigators analyzed these activities and attributed the differences in nursing care quality with variation in the quality of hospital care environments.
