Development and usability of a behavioural marking system for performance assessment of obstetrical teams.

This study evaluated the feasibility of an obstetrical team performance tool that raters used to observe teamwork and communication behaviors in clinical practice. While the tool requires further reliability and validity testing, early feedback suggested its usability as a comprehensive and quick method for assessing team performance.
