Psychometric properties of the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture: findings from the UK.

This study highlights the potential limitations in extending use of the AHRQ Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture to other countries based on psychometric analysis in the United Kingdom. A similar analysis in Dutch hospitals drew a different conclusion.
