Paradoxical effects of a hospital-based, multi-intervention programme aimed at reducing medication round interruptions.

This study implemented a set of interventions aimed at reducing nursing interruptions and found mixed effects. Although patients responded to nurses wearing a medication managing garment by decreasing interrpuptions, staff members did not.
