Program Description/Program Objectives:

These programs are unique 12-month learning experiences beginning each July that educate health care practitioners in error prevention and safe medication use methods. Fellows are based in ISMP's Horsham, PA, office near Philadelphia, and learn and work collaboratively with leading experts to develop and implement interdisciplinary error-prevention strategies that focus on system analysis and effectively reduce the risk of medication errors.
