Tracking the intersection of organizational culture with health information technology use can inform patient safety improvement efforts. This webinar introduced the Health Information Technology Supplemental Item Set for the AHRQ Surveys on Patient Safety Culture™ (SOPS®) Hospital Survey and discussed the results of a pilot project integrating the items into assessment efforts.
