Improving antibiotic use is a strategy to reduce dangerous health care–associated infections. This website provides information associated with a large-scale improvement initiative. This project will use the Comprehensive Unit-based Safety Program improvement strategy to develop and test a bundle of interventions in the ambulatory care, long-term care, and acute care environments. The final cohort concluded in November 2020.
