The AHRQ Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture was used to evaluate safety culture perceptions at hospitals in Taiwan, the Netherlands, and the United States. Respondents in the US had the most positive overall views of safety culture, but there were marked differences between hospitals within each country.
