Drug-induced hypoglycaemia--new insight into an old problem.

The investigators retrospectively analyzed incidents of suspected drug-induced hypoglycemia in patients without a history of exposure to hypoglycemic agents. Of the cases in which such drugs were detected, most were attributed to inadvertent administration errors outside the hospital.
