This study offered patients the opportunity to provide feedback on electronic medication lists. Pharmacist review resulted in accepting the patients' suggested change to the medication list in nearly two-thirds of cases. These findings underscore the need to engage patients in their care using electronic tools and a team-based provider workflow.
