A survey of factors affecting clinician acceptance of clinical decision support.

The researchers surveyed adult primary care physicians regarding their acceptance of real-time clinical decision support systems. Overall, the authors found that physicians perceived the systems to be beneficial but were less likely to accept system alerts if they were behind schedule.
