The AHRQ Surveys on Patient Safety Culture™(SOPS®) Nursing Home Survey assesses safety culture and resident safety in nursing homes. The 2025 report summarizes survey data from 4,411 staff working in 107 nursing homes. Respondents reported positive perceptions about staff comfort in raising awareness of safety concerns. Areas for improvement included sufficient staffing to handle the workload. An archive of older reports in the series is also available.
