Patient safety cannot be fully attained without guaranteeing healthcare workers’ well-being and safety. This AHRQ funding notice calls for research projects that engage active care providers on the research team to explore avenues to improve the interrelated systems and processes embedded in healthcare delivery in various settings that affect the work environment and culture supporting clinicians and staff.
