Dr. Weinger is Director of the Center for Research and Innovation in Systems Safety and Professor of Anesthesiology, Biomedical Informatics, and Medical Education at Vanderbilt University. He holds the Norman Ty Smith Chair in Patient Safety and Medical Simulation.
