The AHRQ PSNet Collection comprises an extensive selection of resources relevant to the patient safety community. Resources are identified using the National Library of Medicine’s Medline database, various news and content aggregators, and the expertise of the AHRQ PSNet editorial and technical teams.

The authors analyzed 182 reported adverse drug reactions (ADRs) for adherence to Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) recommendations. They found that 44.5% of these ADRs involved at least one incorrectly used drug and further suggest that some ADRs might be avoidable if SPC guidelines are followed.
