Resources are identified using the National Library of Medicine’s Medline database, various news and content aggregators, and the expertise of the AHRQ PSNet editorial and technical teams.
This review discusses factors that influence nurses' willingness to raise concerns about patient safety. The author proposes a framework to help understand and address how generational, cultural, and organizational differences might prevent nurses from speaking up.
