This survey of nearly 500 nursing schools found that policies and structured tools for reporting nursing student errors are lacking. The authors believe that these results demonstrate the need to improve safety culture during nursing training.

This study sought to assess how bedside nurses' reported attitudes and skills with safety practices affect medication administration errors.
