Changes in intern attitudes toward medical error and disclosure.

This study found that recent interns were nearly twice as likely to fully disclose their mistakes to patients compared with interns from a decade earlier. Notably, exposure to prior medical error training had no effect on the rate of full disclosure in either cohort.
