The relationship of organizational culture, stress, satisfaction, and burnout with physician-reported error and suboptimal patient care: results from the MEMO study.

This AHRQ–funded survey of outpatient physicians found that organizational culture was only weakly associated with physician stress, but higher levels of physician stress and dissatisfaction were correlated with suboptimal patient care.
