The authors of this survey study describe nursing graduates' experiences after being involved in medication administration errors. Respondents who self-reported an error frequently blamed themselves.

This commentary reviews three medication safety incidents involving school nurses and emotional difficulties they experienced as a result. The author outlines a model to help school nurses and educational leadership understand, plan for, and respond after such incidents.
