Practice gaps in patient safety among dermatology residents and their teachers: a survey study of dermatology residents.
Swary JH, Stratman EJ. JAMA Dermatol. 2014;150:738-742.

Specimen mishandling was extremely common. These findings raise concerns about safety culture in dermatology.
