This study examined pharmacy students' knowledge of adverse drug reaction and medication error reporting. Results demonstrate that although students are gaining awareness of reporting programs, such programs can be improved. The authors advise that colleges of pharmacy continue to work toward strengthening the curriculum on reporting.
